PARENT AND TOT (5 - 24 months)
A half-hour of fun-filled learning for parents with children aged 5 to 24 months (must be 5 months old before the start of session). Parents and children learn how to be comfortable in the water through play, with the guidance of an instructor.

An introduction to swimming for older children. The 30 minute classes aim to increase comfort level in the water and allow participants to become independent. Students stay in this program until they are able to swim 1 width of the pool continuously.

TEEN CROSS TRAINING (11 - 16 years)
Prerequisite: Passed Bronze level of swimming
Introductory program for teens, including dryland and water components, to improve general fitness and promote safe fitness training. The dryland section will focus on speed, agility and power while the water component will include aquatic drills with emphasis on endurance. Come sweat it out in our one hour mini bootcamp. Gym attire required. Classes are offered once or twice per week.

P-C WINDMILLS INTERMURAL SWIM (10 - 13 years)
Prerequisite: Passed Bronze level of swimming
A non-competitive swim program with the goal of perfecting strokes, learning some elementary racing techniques, and increasing fitness. Practices take place 3 times a week for one hour. The 10 week-session will end with a mini in-house swim meet.
