Members have a chance to participate in activities such as Yoga, tai-chi, line dancing, and arts and crafts. They also can go on various outings such as the Montreal casino, IMAX theatre, museums and more.
The centre is designed to break the social isolation some seniors face by having them engaged in activities that increase their overall well-being and giving them the opportunity to interact with others in a comfortable environment.
